My inspiration

Insurance, a red thread through the world of civil law: Insurance law does not stand on its own. There is always ‘something’ to insure and that ‘something’ can be associated with many parts of juridical areas. Insurance fulfils a prominent role to secure the social security of the individual in our modern society with her changes and risks.
Insurance law is therefore a fascinating part of law to lecture and research on!
